from 3 weeks I try to fix lags in my game and I'm done, nothing helping me. Diagnostics show good numbers. Is here anyone who can check my scripts and give a feedback.?

Are talking about networking lags or performance issues?

performance issue, i have delays/lags in unity, I checked network and suppose to be fine

Then you need to profile your game.
