followed a tutorial and tried to fix it with chatgpt for hours but the post processing effects arent doing anything (enabling and disabling them has no effect anywhere) Is there a specific setting i need on my light sources or something like that? any suggestions?

Make sure the tutorial is using the same rendering pipeline that you are and is about up to date. The post processing workflow is very different between the built-in render pipeline and URP for example.
