That's a 3D light, right ?
What about actually moving the light higher ?
Looks like a 2D light
If so, I don't think you can
2D lighting calculates all shadow casters infinitely tall, more like extending towards the screen than what you'd have in 2.5D perspective
Iirc you only get the light texture in shaders after that, so it doesn't have any information about what's casting the shadow, or even distance or direction from the light
