The lighting cannot respond to the wall breaking, so you need to decide whether it's baked so the light goes through the would-be opening, or that it's blocked by the wall even when it's not there
For that you can make the wall piece static only for the bake, or adjust the probes with virtual offsets
Although now using my brain I think APVs should be exactly the same for dynamic and static geometry
