"checked" and "redid" the lightmap UVs how exactly?
Normally you just need to enable lightmap UV generation in mesh import settings
Right now looks like they have no functional lightmap UVs at all
And/or the relative lightmap resolution is so low nothing practically shows on them, which is another symptom of missing UVs
