Artifacts Using Unity Recorder

I wonder if its an issue with specific versions?

For example, I'm getting the artifacts in Unity 6000.1.13f1 with Unity Recorder 5.1.2, but not in Unity 2022.3.17f1 with recorder 4.0.2
