Yeah, its difficult to learn form a tutorial where the nodes are different
i see, but there are still tons of shader graph tutorials
All i find are 3 years old where PBR existed on unity

I was trying to find someone with experience so i can Talk about It, have some advice, etc
Also, every one is using different pipeline, which is better? URP? HDRP?
depends on what you want to do, urp as the name suggests is the universal render pipeline and recommended as the standart
And HDRP? Whats the difference?
Now it's just called lit graph

What the difference between lit and unlit graph?
Lit materials receive light and are realistically lit
Unlit are more performant but don't receive any lighting
