Example of both Plato and WalkPlato use the custom shader
this is a example were the plato got the Material thats standard in HDRP
material settings
every Object needs this Shader"Material" because they will get Revealed
Inside ShaderGraph Settings
this is the shader
as you can see if the GreendPlato has a HDRP mat it will show good shadows and even the orange ones are HDRP basic ones do that too also the darkest side from the object is light up. And the other objects are not
It looks to me both the green and black&white materials are receiving lighting and shadows the same way
