#Almost empty scene eats 90% GPU power on certain PCs

So recently, I shared a Lobby test with few friends, but on one of the friend's PCs, it sucked up 90% GPU power (and his PC aint' no potato)

It was an empty 3D scene, with some basic main menu GUI linked to edited version of Code Monkey's lobby tutorial script (first time I am doing networking in unity)

On like other 3 PCs everything ran fine. I even tried sending him a build where FPS was limited to 60 and Vsync turned off.

I am not really sure how to detect/fix where the problem is.

It's okay if the game uses 100% of the GPU power. This means that the CPU is able to prepare a lot of frames for the GPU. The only way to "limit" the GPU usage is to set the fps cap

I used to be a OOP dev for years and never really got into advanced stuff in unity (well, I made some larger stuff, but never really interacted with advanced systems) so I am wondering whats wrong

I'll surely the the profile thing as dlich suggested

90% and how many fps is he getting?

can check some stats onscreen live with something like msi afterburner + Rivatuner

Without knowing the framerate this information means very little.

If it's 90% CPU at 1000 fps, that's not an issue
