As you can see in the video something in a particular spot in the scene is taking up a massive amount of render time. I didn't change the scene in anyway. I did however get a new pc and transferred the project to that new machine. (I did not change the version I am on 6000.0.29f1).
According to the profiler all the extra processing time is coming from the EditorLoop which doesn't help me much. and just to make it more confusing, it doesn't always happen. When I open the project and hit play everything works great, but after entering play mode a couple of times this issue starts to happen always in the same spot though.
A bit more info on the scene itself: it does not have any moving parts, just static objects and a light map. it only has a player controller and some management objects.
