Warning for posting on Asset-Store-Assets

Hi,
I recently posted a comment on an asset in the Project Showcase > asset-store-assets channel and received a warning for it. I genuinely didn’t realize that was against the rules.

Since then, I’ve gone through the server guide trying to find clear guidance on what is and isn’t allowed, but I’m still unsure. To be honest, I’m now hesitant to post anything at all for fear of accidentally violating another rule and getting permanently banned.

Could you please point me to where the full set of posting rules or channel-specific guidelines are documented? I just want to make sure I don’t make any more mistakes.

You were warned for ignoring the message right in-front of you telling not to comment on Asset Store forums. That was explained in the warning as well.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn’t aware that individual channels could have their own posted rules. It’s easy to miss if you don’t know to look for them.
That said, the responses I have so far received feel a bit unwelcoming. To avoid any further missteps, I’ll likely stick to reading rather than posting. There’s genuinely useful information here, and I’d rather not risk losing access to it.
