#Set soft shadow quality through script

Is there a way to set Soft Shadow Quality in Universal Render Pipeline Asset from script? There is an enum for that and it is inside URPA asset script, but it seems to be accessable only through inspector, not code, so is there a way?

That doesnt work on mobile XR devices btw.
You can reference the URP asset and change it there, just not sure if that works on runtime (it should)
