Allow Rotation of Reflection probes

Sometimes its needed to rotate a reflection probe, can this be added please?

Hi @small sandal , thanks for the idea. This is indeed on our backlog of requests for URP. It would be great to learn more about your use case - in which situation would reflection probe rotation be useful to you?

I have been trying to get reflections to line up and this will help a lot,
here are a couple of examples from an asset on the store that describe a use case for rotatable reflection probes:
