People like creativity

It's hard to say.. I mean, if you'd have told me 5 years ago that half the art you see would be AI (including home decor, etc), I'd have called you crazy.

Every limit we set seems to be surpassed soon after we move the line - so I guess we'll see

From what I have seen, nobody actually likes the products of generative AI unless it’s some background or quick representation of something

#

If AI struggles with art, I predict that we have a long way to go until AI can produce better games than humans

#

If ever, because imo there will always be a market for human art because it actually means something, compared to AI art, which is the most condensed, averaged form of “art”

People can't even develop game design documents correctly, so I've no faith in people actually making a game by copy/pasting their essay on how it should play out.

I found Corridor Crew’s videos on the subject very easy to understand and interesting

Once you see how the underlying noise patterns show up the images, you’ll be able to detect AI with much better confidence

Even music is being taken over - but that's a whole separate discussion
