curious, how exactly are you doing the effect on all the shadows they cast? is it post-process? if you know of a tutorial would be interested to view it, i'm also working on a graphic novel inspired game, and i'm a huge fan of the original fallouts which are one of the inspirations for my game also.

I take the shadow attenuation values from lights and I apply a texture on them within shader graph. I do the same for SSAO and I apply a mirrored version of the crosshatch texture. It’s fairly simple in the end. 🙂

curious if the name comes from "It's all over but the crying" by Ink Spots or if that's coincidence? Either way I approve and it's a good name for this! :D

No, but the hitboxes are based on the rigged character so they probably just didn’t get hit

It's all shader graph + custom HLSL (although not that much). The outlines are a full screen shader that use depth and normal data. The shadows are a texture applied on the shadow and SSAO maps, and then there's basic toon shading
