The current moderation policy (#📖┃code-of-conduct message) states:

We use a three-strike policy

  • The first strike is an official warning.
  • The second strike is a 24hr mute.
  • The third strike results in permanent suspension and removal from the community.
    this doesn't seem to be followed though, so is this still the active policy?

Engaging this policy usually takes someone being actively disruptive and ignoring previous verbal warnings.
Each case is different, botted account or someone who didn't have a single constructive interaction on the server will not get the same consideration as an honest mistake.
