If I understand correctly. You've got Two (or more) Timelines with Animation Tracks. You'd like to have a Primary Timeline that animates something (eg the Camera) and then use a Control track to also play a sub-timeline that also animates the same Camera.

The issue is that due to the top-to-bottom evaluation and the fact we don't support additive animation tracks you will only see the bottom track's animations being written to your object in scene.

You're on an old version so it's possible there is a bug there that's been fixed. I'll ask around if this sounds familiar to anyone.
