that does not matter right now. just answer the specific question as best you can
and use this thread
Have YOU made a project, on your computer before?
yes
and can you open them?
i deleted them
follow this !install list, and verify that everything is ok
- Make sure you have enough space including on
C:drive. - Check that it's not being blocked by antivirus/security programs.
- Look through the logs for a real reason why the setup fails they are pinned [here](#💻┃unity-talk message).
If you still have issues, perform a clean install in another location:
- Install the Hub and Unity in a non-system drive or a clean new folder in the root of
C:drive. - Failing that use the recovery Refresh option or reinstall OS entirely then repeat the previous step.
- i do
- is not active
3.i did
did before
5.huh?
when is 'before'?
and what did they say
i only looked at it
find out what they say.
!logs
do i send it to you?
no, you read them. search for error
El sistema no puede encontrar la ruta especificada.
Controlador no válido.
i dont know to say that in english
then you use a translator
which driver?
keep reading the logs. there is other information
Error decompressing GZ
i think that is bc i cancelled to install android unity 6 editor
you cancelled the Unity install?
one of the first things i said to do was re-install. you said you did.
i mean
i have already unity 6 editor but i cancelled installing the android thing
then you should be able to make a new project if Unity is installed correctly.
and we are back to 'you need to re-install Unity'
try to install over itself. if that does not work, uninstall first. things in the trash do not really affect anything else
there is absolutely no way you could determine that, that quickly.
start using screenshots.
screenshots are generally enough. no need for videos
show this screen, as you are re-installing
i dont understand sorry
i don't know what to tell you. you keep claiming you are trying to reinstall, but you cannot show a picture of you re-installing.
what version of the Unity Hub are you using?
how do i see that
3.10.0
it should have asked you to Update to 3.11.0
This goes back to 'make sure the hub is not blocked by a firewall
make a video of how you are trying to install it.
ok, that is all fine. now make a video of how it fails
show that.
but it wont fail while im installing an editor??
show where it fails at something\
to which i said.. almost an hour ago.. re-install Unity
just google how. you uninstall the Hub and Unity itself
control panel. nothing different thatn other things
i did
then i am not able to help you. good luck
:(
so, what was the problem? how did you fix it?
