3 stars though

should check the reviews

#

and see if its arm mount compatible

#

60hz refresh rate is good for a second monitor

vesa is good., it is just the standard, for compatibility. pretty sure it said 100hz. my thought is, if you have your primary running at 120hz, they may not like to work together efficiently

100hz as a secondary monitor is great

I would get a vesa since most cheap monitors have really bad stands

#

but if its adjustable you are fine

tbh I find 24¨a bit small, prefer 27 or 32

yes 24`` is small but for the price its good

#

I would personally look around more for more options then find the best one you would want

to me it depends very much on how far from the screen you sit. a decent rule of thumb is, sit as far back as the size of the screen

It is for vertical

#

24" is good

youll have to be very careful with vertical.. it usually requires a special type of screen. i had to get a $400 samsung LED with pixel angle control (interesting tech) in order to do it. has more to do with Top to Bottom (of the landscape directions) looking washed out and over dark when placed vertically

ISP panels and VA panels can do vertical I do believe

#

all you need is a mount

#

now that being said it will look better with a monitor that solely specializes in it, as my monitor can probably do it but it looks a tad bit stretched out when looking sideways at it
