#Untracked memory issue while using addressables

i am doing tests, so i just took one single mesh created with blender, no other asset is in the bundle( although i don;t know anything about the bundle thing? how to check it? in the addressables group, i have one asset only)
@silk ruin even using instantiate async and releaseInstance for one single asset creating untracked memory after build?
did you ever face this?
No I did not. Are you on the latest unity version/addressable package? Also, please do not mention me for attention

unity 2022.3 and upgraded version of the addressables in package manager
don't mind, just in case if you are free, can i just send you the same exact sample project i am working to test? again please don't mind, i am really upset here, i am trying to find the problem for about 12-13 days, still no way to go. if it is a no from you're side, its alright
