I made a tool to streamline the process of profiling the performance on my maps.
Testing the performance of your maps, by putting on your headset and then moving around your map, is really time consuming and pretty repetitive if done thoroughly.
This tool is my attempt at making it more streamlined and repeatable.
What it does is it captures the relevant stats in a specified volume and then displays it via a custom shader, as a heatmap.
This makes it really easy to pinpoint problematic and underutilized areas.
It should be really useful for VR and especially mobile VR where holding a consistent frametime is really important.
