Any easy or alternatives to ML agents

I have been trying to install ML agents as I wanted to write a research paper on machine learning in an rts but I cannot get it working, are there any alternatives or wwork aroundd to installing ML agents easily, so far when I try follow the latest documentation, i get stuck at installing ml agents as i get numpy wheel errors
