What I was worried about when setting up the project with URP was that unity.recoder could not transparently print the character's background from URP to Alpha Rendering.
However, I found a part related to Alpha rendering in the most recent preview version, and as a result, I was able to synthesize the deer after printing out the parts excluding the character transparently.
The thing to do when you turn on post-processing and turn on alpha rendering is to uncheck the HDR. I didn't know this at first, so it took me a while. I'm very happy with the alpha rendering experience in Preview 6.
