sorry i just didnt think constantly replying was efficiant it says that the NDK and SDK biuld support is already installed is it just a matter of not clicking the button that says use recommended and find the one that i "already" installed or is it a thing where it didnt install what it says it did?

that looks like the NDK failed to install for some reason. you may need to uninstall the editor and re-install it
