Maybe a nan somewhere ? What if you try to enable "stop nans" on the camera ?
Yeah did try all the stop NaN stuff (I usually keep it on anyway) but it seems it's somehow slipping through all of that.
I had a similar issue back on Switch years ago which ended up being a driver bug that required a workaround

If it was really "infinite", the pixel bleed would end up white, but it is lowering with distance, so I think it is just a very high intensity pixel ?
Someling like a high specular reflection ?
Ah no wait .... it's a quad on the center of the image .... could be the lens flare, did you try disabling it ?
