Here's a short demo of a custom anime shader I've written applied on Genshin Impact models (vs standard URP Lit Lumine model for comparison). I'm also testing dynamic bone animations/collisions on the hair and skirt on Barbara.

Pretty good. Unity's toon shader does actually have a lot of features already too, but its outlining is pretty terrible on more complex models so any improvements over that would put yours ahead ;p
