Scrolling is probably "best".. but not great when scaled for large amounts of items.

EG: I play Marvel SNAP, scrolling through my card collection is a pain in the arse because it's massive (they have a filter though).

But flipping through pages is slower

Scrollview is the most handy when you want to have access to a huge number of objects. I consider pages the most handy if there are only few of those.
