I'll be honest, I'm not really interested in Netick because of the way it gets marketed. It looks like a self hyped framework that is more complex and comes without a built in relay solution. I'd be more open to it, but that whole 'we are the best because I say so' marketing just puts me off from even trying it.

There is no info on the website on how to setup a new project or server. I see it mentioned it is closed source. But the only tutorial I see has an unactivated version of Windows.

All of this suffice to say, it doesn't build a lot of confidence in the solution... compared to say, fishnet, photon, normcore, mirror, etc. Inaccurate charts pretending it's more performant or offers features others don't etc (and often being called it for it and not caring), it's not a good image.

It does however have potential. But it needs proper documentation, proper explanation. And it needs a 'how to find other players' portion, not just a hard coded IP.

Unfortunately, Netick: FREE AAA Networking Engine is no longer available. This package has been deprecated from the Asset Store.

Unity requested changes to the package including the removal of Patreon link, and a few other things. I didn't make the changes because I don't want new people to use Netick 1, and instead fully focus on Netick 2. Hopefully that clears why Netick 1 is not available there. I can easily get it back up If i wanted.

The Fishnet developer is the only person who claims the chart is inaccurate. I asked him in the post to explain why he thinks so, so I can change it, and it looks like he's un interested. He also has a chart which is heavily biased towards his solution, maintained by him. Everyone is free to make charts and comparisons, but when I do it, it's inaccurate and misinformation?

Not sure what you mean, but there are third party open source benchmarks showing Netick is using less bandwidth and CPU than all other solutions, including the state-of-the-art Photon Fusion. You can run the benchmarks yourself and fact-check the results.

It just came to my knowledge that the Fishnet developer, who apparently you use his solution and say you have a lot of confidence on, is banned in this server (and others like Mirror) for creating fake accounts that promote his system, that even talk between each other. You can search "fake account" here to find it.

Just a few days ago our server was raided by one of Fishnet developer supports, insulting us. This keeps happening from time to time:

I think we need Unity to step in and find an end to it.

Here, that is only claimed by the Fishnet developer, people take his word as truth without questioning it.

He also has a bot on his server that prints out a warning when someone mentions 'Netick', it says that we are banned from his server for misformation and stuff like that. This instigate his fans to attack us.

This is all a marketing strategy to keep people away from other networking solutions. Which, safe to say, worked on you, for example.
