I will be honest with you, marketing is a multiplier. If your game is bad, then marketing won't help you. Unfortunately, the chance that your game is good are really, really low.

How so? I think that's the best advice to give with the context of the post.
If you put your game in front of streamers (or people) and they aren't playing it - amplifying the audience won't help. As was said above, its a multiplier.
I put the game in front of people, and they played it. As I mentioned it with anyone I played it with. Just that I haven't had luck finding creators that respond or anything, nor with reaching out to masses
