the object that has an vignette on it is a child of another
the object that has the Local Volume should only require a collider shape
Im gonna test it with cinemachine to make sure but should work fine

as you said, i dragged it out of a parent and it works as it was (doesn't work)

if i change it to global and remove a collider(tried without removing it also) it suprisingly doesn't work

i removed also an old vignette from camera at the start

yeah the distance from cam to player was greater than the box limits
if you dont want to depend on the camera for this effect, you would have to make trigger areas on your player to detect the zone when to switch volume
