Started working on the player inventory system and ui layout.

Small but important update. World position data is now being saved. So you will no longer spawn at the start point every login.

Added splitting items into stacks.
Added trashing items.
Added drag and drop to move items with a before or after indicator.

Added moving items between equipment and inventory.
Added an additional option to drag items to swap/combine stack by dropping in middle of item.
Drag from equipment can also drop left, right or swap.
Right click equipment item to quick remove.

The foundation is laid, but you can't harvest the resource yet.

Working on the skill and experience system. Currently have it functional, where mining gives you mining xp & some general xp. I'm not sure if I'll use a multi xp reward in the long term but it was easy enough to get working. Also used the same QOL as the inventory where you can organize your skills for easier viewing.

The ground work for the skill system has been setup. Currently you can get skill points from doing actions. It is also setup to allow gaining multiple types of skill points for certain actions.

New feature. Added the tool belt. You can now equip tools (just a pickaxe for now) to harvest rock shards. Based on the tier of the pickaxe it will provide that tier of resource up to the max of the harvestable. This will shift over time. Sometime it will have a higher max and other times lower, similar to the resource shifts in Star Wars Galaxies. I've also added an admin panel, so you can just poof items into existence for testing. Also to get around faster for testing, equip bows.

Working on a camera mode for placing large structures like homes.
Looks awesome so far! I'm working on the inventory system for my RPG and man what a pain it is haha.
The base foundation of the structure placement system has been laid. So far you can place structures in the world. Up next is construction of the structure, making them permanent, structure ownership, various kinds of structures, and additional placeable items such as furniture.

Thanks. Yeah. Inventory systems are difficult. Even harder when networked.
A quick update showing the construction phases when building a structure. When the building is placed only the foundation will be there, which will then need to be built, and when certain milestones are reached the structure will change visibly. Also the construction phases are fully networked and tested.

The player building system is coming along.
Working on the building customization system. This will happen during the building phase for you to select the style for your building, which make make the construction cost different materials. Eventually I'll add a remodel option so you can change it if you don't like it later.
