Working on a sci-fi horror themed RTS. You've got specialized little robo-goobers that follow you and can be commanded to perform tasks. Aiming to replicate the concept below in engine. The video was the result of our first go at it.

Though I will say there's a small worry we might be creating THE most stressful game imaginable.

Did some custom lighting work on the sprites so they don't go dark the microsecond they go behind a light source. Also decided to swap real time shadows out with simple decal drop shadows.
