Added some reticles. Still trying to get it right so it feels like halo.
Adjusted the reticle to scale as it gets further away so it stays slightly consistent.
gyatt
lookin good

Removed bullet castings so its lore accurate.
-
Added a new "Smooth" reticle (let me know if it fits or not)
-Increased the recoil (Might be reduced in the future)
- Changed the test area lighting back to night so i can work on the atmosphere of the game more.
just wondering how do you get your lighting so good in those small areas? ik that youre a lighting artist, but HOW
it looks so good even tho its like 5 probuilder objects lol
URP can work wonders if values are set accordingly. Its hard to sum it up into advice tbh but its years of working with the engine to get things just right and to my liking. I usually always have purref open with a mood board. I use color matching and specific hex values. I also focus on tonemapping a lot. I appreciate the feedback!
Another short video.

BR!! (Yes it is the Infinite model with H3 SFX) also added a little ammo counter to it (wip)
-
remade the footstep system to integrate with Hexabody so its much more accurate.

Remade the collider SFX system.

Still working on the core gameplay and hope to have a small playtest group by...
Woah! The graphics look great! How do you do this?
Amazing, add muzzle flash though and the guns will feel more alive. Also is this in URP and where did you learn to make the VR arms and locomotion?
Little test of my fan project using Unity 6. I am finally using adaptive probe volumes
New shooting range blockout (early wip)
Made a new Decal system and sfx system
Lots of trial and error and URP lol
Yeah its URP. As for the local motion i am using a combination of Hexabody and final IK with a modified rig to only use the left and right arms w/out a body.
do you have volumetric fog in the game?
Not yet no
do you happen to share any level design tips one might struggle with?
Sadly I dont see myself as the most experienced level designer but lighting is something I can always help with
First needler test
This looks amazing, I'm curious. What vr toolkit did you use? Or did you make something yourself?
A slightly modified version of hurricane VR
Oh wow hurricane vr looks like the walking dead system
wow impressive stuff
The reload for the needler looks really good
Although personally I would love to see a bit more recoil in the guns, as they are kind of static
Will tune that when I get to the polishing point.
looks amazing
