So I'm wondering, HDRP is resource intensive and difficult to get in more platforms rather than pc.

URP is slower, lights may or not work sometimes, but can be really customizable and it has way less CPU overhead than HDRP.

And the SRP or default Unity render pipeline I have no idea

And the default render pipeline is called Built-in render pipeline (birp). SRP is usually used for "Scriptable render pipeline", i.e. urp, hdrp and any custom RP based on it.
