Hello! Just gonna show off some progress on my currently untitled spacey game. Think No Man's Sky or Astroneer combined with Subnautica.
The main gameplay will be you exploring planets, discovering the different environments on the planets, collecting resources and buying/crafting equipment. (Gameplay will be more fleshed out later.)
Keep in mind this is still very early. ⚠️
For now I have worked on a modular ship system, planets and an inventory system.
The "relatively cool" feature of the ships that some people don't notice, is that you can actually walk and roam inside them whilst they are moving and rotating with physics! This will allow you to do things inside the ship while for example travelling to a faraway planet!
Anyways, that's it for this mini devlog, we'll see if this goes somewhere! For now I'll leave you with some footage.
