Is that official going to merge Netcode for Entities into Netcode for Game Object that Netcode for Game Object will still have same authoring experience but internal netcode stack will powered by Netcode for Entities under the hood? And then in future both netcode solution will get similar authoring experience but still different coding experience?

For me I just wish Netcode for Entities will get more tooling. Currently Netcode for Game Object has a lot of awesome tooling that are not exist at Netcode for Entities which is really sad.
