Non-connected colliders could still be intersecting
Enable Collision only affects collision between the joint's body and its connected body
Hmm probably doesn't matter, but half of this stuff is black magic so try everything
Anyway for testing purposes, make all the colliders small so they can't overlap
honestly is just the arms it looks like
And try toggling preprocessing on and off... There's a certain combo of settings you want

Yeah the shoulder area seems problematic
yea, guessing gotta be a joint from arm to chest / box
Shrink the colliders and change the Solver iterations settings in the physics tab as I suggested
