#[BUG] IN-57188 Cannot use scene frame object within subscenes entities 1.1.0-exp.1

Submitting a repro but I cant use the F - frame selected in scene view on anything inside of subscenes with the latest experimental entities release.
Should be simple enough to test, make a subscene in entities 1.1.0-exp.1 (currently tested with 2022.3.10f1) and place something inside, and try to focus view on it.
