trying to implement a feature where the user can create their own questions but having trouble

the first script adds the txt file to a queue and displays the dialogue

the second script reads the txt file and then calls the method start dialogue in dialogue manager class

as you can see what I am trying to do is check if both of the panels on the top right contain the special phrase and when the button is clicked it should create the specific question
