I (and others) have said our opinion on it, and the general consensus I've seen is "it should only be used if you already know what you're doing". Because in this case, you are simply using it so you dont need to type the code yourself and can verify that each line does what you think.
I dumb it down because if you tell a beginner "well a professional could use it in XYZ case" they'll ignore you and go ahead to continue relying on it anyways.
At the end of the day, it still is the truth that it does not understand you. It is simply trying to give a relevant response and has absolutely no care about what's correct.

It doesn't, no. It understands as much as the context you give it. Very often, my question starts with I am using C#. and that's it. Every question I ask after that is often the right answer, and if it's not, I very often can correct it with a remark, and it gets it right that time.

It's just like being skilled at Googling your question, it's something that comes with experience. We as humans would not be able to give a proper answer if the person asks a vague question.
