failed to open project?

I am attempting to open a file, but it displays an error "Project failed to open." someone please help me to resolve the issue.(i am using ubuntu operating system)

To confirm my understanding, is this a DOTS project or just a normal standard unity project? if the latter, try asking in #💻┃code-beginner instead, they might have inside (as this forum is DOTS questions)
