Disable Bloom override from the volume if you want to disable it entirely
Bloom is based on pixel brightness so everything will glow if it's above the bloom "threshold"
With a high threshold and high emission values for materials you can kind of limit its effects to specific materials

#

Lighting tab is just another window you can open from the windows menu

Technically not possible due to the way post processing processes the whole rendered image in post

#

But you can use a high threshold and high emission values for materials

in blender well first OBJECTS DON'T BREAK YOUR EYES FROM THE BLOOM

That seems to be the fault of not Unity but your bloom override settings
