Does it happen in a blank scene without the model?
I have seen similar issues for linux on the forums. I suggest to make a bug report at least.

Yes, The issue is present even in the blank new scene
So it's most likely editor side issue
As even the icons for the materials are displaying like this

Yeah def a rendering issue on Unity's side if all drivers etc are up to date.
Bug report is the only way to get this fixed
