Hi again Lim - I've taken a look at your project on an Android device with the profiler myself. I think I see the issue you've mentioned - on a typical frame DoRenderLoop_Internal is taking 5 or 6 ms but it does peak at >10ms (probably depends a bit on the device). I'm not sure of the cause here; it looks like the main thread is waiting on some jobs but I haven't been able to track down what makes this work on some frames.
I've also spoken to the QA and URP teams and we'll look to make sure your bug is reproduced and passed to the URP team as quickly as we can. They'll be better able to determine what's going on with this and get back to you.
🤔 But I guess urp 14 at unity 2022.2 I won't get any significant performance boost. What I know is there's plan at urp 16 to boost performance significantly at unity 2023.2. So hopefully this repro project can be used to battle test urp 16 performance

Another thing I think worth mention that there's expert telling me the performance issue is comes from poorly implemented low level OpenGLES3 and Vulkan for Android that needs to fix
