What kind of diagnostic do you expect us to do just from seeing the video? If there is a problem, it's probably in encoding/compression of the video. Whoever exported the video needs to make sure both videos are exported with the same parameters. You should also check the log for errors before the crash for clues on what went wrong.

Did you try googling that error?
small hint but a hint nonetheless. Seems it's related to the video decoder
maybe the video has been encoded with an unsupported encoding

it works fine on ios
