#VR Headset not tracking.

I created a default actionbased xr origin, but (as the description says) the head isn't tracking. I imported the default input actions and I can move and rotate the camera with the mock hmd. The problem is that it doesn't track when I use an actual headset. This component (which was there by default) is on the Main Camera object.

There is also an XR Device Simulator object in the scene so that I can test without a headset.
