What's the current stage of graphics rendering performance at mobile platform like Android and iOS? At Android platform it's support GLES 3.1 but performance will not really good. Does it means even it's high end Android phone using GLES 3.1 will also slower than Vulkan and should use Vulkan whenever possible if the phone can support Vulkan? This also brings another question that wat's the api to check whether the phone supports Vulkan or not?
