but it's a beta version. That is bound to cause problems. You/He needs to upgrade to 2019.4 LTS

Install the latest 2019.4 version

going from 2019.3 beta to 2019.4 LTS will not break the project

There is the same error in the 2021 LTS version as well as in the 2022 version, I tried several versions and it didn't work.
