@real compass reply in this thread so that the channel isn't flooded with nearly off-topic discussion
there is no config for vpn or proxy in browser and cache is cleared other devices were tested same results
do you have a phone with mobile data you can test? if so you should test on wifi and then on mobile data
already tested it it's my home public ip that is blocked

support.unity.com works now, just need unity.com to work now
