Windows blocking the game from running

Hi, I've never had this problem before, it may be a problem with windows but i thought i'd post it here anyway. The game won't run without me changing windows defense/security settings which feels like an odd thing to do.

Windows isnt detecting anything wrong in scans, and restarting steam didn't help either

0x11c7 means the excutable wasn's signed, this is something the devs need to fix but you can add an exception for the exe if you don't want to wait

Do we contact the devs directly for them to fix it? Or could you explain how I can try to adjust it myself? Thanx either way. TwT
